Nicolas Hvoinsky replaces Michèle Denat, who has retired, as head of Fde administration.
Nicolas Hvoinsky has been with the University of Montpellier for 5 years, as Head of the Biatss Personnel Management Department at the University's Human Resources Department, and joined the Fde on August 21.
After obtaining a Master's degree in public law at the University of Toulouse 1 and passing the external competitive examination for administrative attaché, Nicolas Hvoinsky joined a general secondary school as assistant to the accounting manager for 6 years, then spent 4 years successively managing the examinations and competitions department and the student life department at the Montpellier academic inspectorate.
Having developed a real affinity for academia during his law studies, he quickly moved to the University with his first position at Université Paul Valéry Montpellier 3 as Head of the Statutory and Institutional Affairs Department for 10 years before joining the University of Montpellier in 2018.
At the age of 49, Nicolas Hvoinsky's skills in management and law, his knowledge of the university environment and his experience in management and team coordination will enable him to broaden his professional horizons thanks to the varied missions that make up the position of Administrative Director at Fde.
Putting administration at the service of the Fde's problems and putting people at the heart of its issues, supporting the project of the Director of the Faculty of Education: these are just some of the challenges that this enthusiast of travel and photography is preparing to take up.
