Mediation Education Training

The Master's in Education and Training Sciences (SEF) is aimed in particular at those who have not passed the teaching competitive examinations and wish to retake them under the best possible conditions, while broadening their professional prospects. Backed by research and rooted in real-world situations, the program allows students to consolidate their disciplinary knowledge, refine their professional approach, and develop transferable skills. Students benefit from structured support, internships, and professional projects. Beyond preparing students for competitive examinations, the master's program opens doors to careers in education, training, mediation, and educational engineering.

The Mediation, Education, and Training (MEF) program is designed specifically for those who did not pass the CPE exam and wish to retake it while broadening their career prospects. It develops skills in project management, educational policy analysis, and public outreach. The training provides a strategic overview of education and training systems. It opens up opportunities in coordination, management, or training engineering roles in institutional, associative, or regional contexts.
