Each department is headed by a manager elected for a three-year term, assisted by a board of one or two deputy managers.
Departments are pedagogical and administrative structures. They participate in the management and coordination of all Fde training courses.
They bring together trainers from the same or related disciplines. A trainer may be attached to more than one department.
This is the case, for example, for some trainers in the training sciences department, who also belong to their original disciplinary department.
