The Master's degree is a face-to-face course, and cannot be taken by distance learning.

In many countries, companies and educational and training organizations are looking for staff who can analyze, design and implement training programs, and who have strong language skills.

The EIFFALE master's program is designed to prepare students for careers as managers specializing in training engineering and/or as teachers and trainers of foreign languages in French and English.
and/or teaching and training foreign languages in French and English.

The complementary nature of language skills in training engineering helps to diversify professional outlets and improve the employability of future graduates.

Master 1 and Master 2 courses focus on the skills needed to work as teachers and trainers in multicultural and multilingual contexts.

  • Language skills in French and English ;
  • Skills in language didactics ;
  • Language teaching skills in digital and non-digital contexts ;
  • General teaching and training skills ;
  • General skills in training engineering for adults;
  • Project engineering skills in France and/or abroad;
  • Knowledge of the professional context of education and training in France and abroad

  • Intercultural skills ;
  • Internships in companies or at language or training centers play an important role: 3 weeks in M1 and 20 weeks in M2. The FDE's international relations department assists students in their search for internships abroad.
  • Access to the M1 program is open to all students with a bachelor's degree and proven proficiency in English and French (certifications such as CLES, IELTS, TOEFL for English and DELF-DALF for French are expected).

  • Access to M2 EIFFALE will be open to :

- M1 EIFFALE graduates.

- Non-holders of the M1 EIFFALE: exceptionally, as part of a validation process for higher education (when the previous course has enabled the acquisition of the knowledge and skills corresponding to the M1 EIFFALE).

  • Teachers and/or trainers of French and/or English as a foreign language;
  • Trainers in various professional fields, including training engineering;
  • Training managers in various professional fields;
  • International education and training project managers

All applications will be examined by a commission. Answers will be communicated to all applicants from Monday June 2, 2025. As with Parcoursup, you can either be admitted, put on the waiting list or rejected. If you are admitted, you will have a period of time in which to accept or reject the admission offer. If you are definitively accepted, all other offers that may be made to you are cancelled. Full information on this subject is available on the Mon Master portal.

Candidates on the waiting list will be called as and when they drop out.

No ranking on the waiting list will be communicated to interested parties.

All responses will be sent to candidates via the Mon Master platform.

You will be notified directly of the procedure for your final registration as soon as you have accepted an offer of admission to the master's program.

Applications (also known as pre-registration) will be open from Tuesday February 25 to Monday March 24, 2025, for all our Masters programs.

Enrolment in these four Master's courses is only possible in the M1 year; to find out about prerequisites and conditions of access, please consult the corresponding section on the Faculty of Education website.

The process is identical for each of the four Master's courses in "Education and Training Sciences". As with other courses offered by the Faculty of Education, enrolment is a two-stage process: first, you must submit an application via the Mon Master portal; a link to this application is already available on our website, under the "Enrolment" heading.

To support your application, you'll need to submit a cover letter detailing your background and career plans, as well as a CV, via the Mon Master portal.
