The final registration periods vary from course to course: for registration in the1st year of a bachelor's degree or1st year of a master's degree, the registration calendar is a national calendar, determined by the Ministry.

A link to the Faculty of Education's registration page will be sent by e-mail to the students concerned.

With a few exceptions (see below), registrations can only be made online.

The entire enrolment procedure is paperless: you can enrol yourself from a distance. All required documents and supporting evidence can be scanned and submitted via the PJweb application (link available on the Faculty of Education website).

Payment of registration fees (unless exempted) can also be made online by credit card (secure transaction) or by bank transfer. The Faculty of Education does not accept cash. For payment by cheque, once you have submitted your application and supporting documents online, you will need to make an appointment with the Education Department either by telephone (04.67.61.82.86) or by e-mail (fde-inscriptions@umontpellier.fr). However, you must plan to visit the Montpellier site, which is the only one authorized to collect fees.

Once you've registered, your ENT (digital work environment) will be automatically created: you'll receive an e-mail at the address you gave when you registered, containing a link you'll need to click on within 24 hours. You will then be asked to create your password. You will then be able to download your school certificate.

Once you have paid your registration fees (online or on site - if you are not exempt from paying fees) and all supporting documents have been validated, your student card will be issued and you will be able to download your certificate of enrolment directly from your ENT. The CMS (multiservice card = your student card) will be issued to you at the start of the academic year, on presentation of your ID (for all students) and the original copy of your diploma (for M1 enrolment) or transcript of your baccalauréat (for L1 enrolment).

Exceptions Students who have already been enrolled at the University of Montpellier (whatever the faculty, school or institute) in the past, but who were not enrolled in the previous academic year (interruption of studies or enrolment in another institution for the year 2024-2025), and these students alone, will have to register in person. You will then need to contact the Faculty of Education's Education Department by e-mail(fde-inscriptions@umontpellier.fr). You will be sent a link to the page containing the registration form, the information sheet listing the various documents required, the image rights authorization and, for students under 18, the registration certificate to be completed by the legal guardian. You will need to download these documents, complete them and return them to us by e-mail (to the address given above). You will then be invited to make an appointment to come and pay.

Important : face-to-face registration is only possible at the Montpellier site even if you register at one of the other four Faculty of Education sites.
