Bio-buckets available at the Fde premises to manage bio-waste for the composter

 

At the beginning of June, bio-buckets will be installed in the kitchens of Fde's Montpellier site to collect bio-waste before it is poured into the fountain composter installed in front of the cafeteria.

Users of these kitchens are invited to pour leftovers from their meals - unfinished dishes, including meat and shells, and vegetable and fruit peelings - into this bio-bucket and empty it into the composter after use.

A little wood shavings (available near the composter) can be poured into the bio-buckets to absorb liquids.

With everyone's help, we can manage our food waste in a virtuous way.
