The preparatory courses for the teaching profession are based on a partnership between high schools and universities, with an increase in the amount of time spent at university over the three years.
The Faculty of Education at the University of Montpellier and the Lycée Jean Monnet run one of these courses.
It is linked to the "Science and Technology" bachelor's degree, "Multidisciplinarity and the teaching, education and training professions", with an innovative pedagogical approach organized around eight essential skills for the teaching, education and training professions.
This course leads primarily to a Master's degree in teaching.

- Acquire the knowledge and develop the multi-disciplinary and professional skills needed to succeed in the competitive examination and practice the profession.
- Consolidate or redirect your professional project.
