Perpignan students' back-to-school forum

On Wednesday, September 11, the Perpignan site of the Faculté d'Éducation organized a back-to-school forum in its gardens for all its students.

The aim was to create a space for meetings and exchanges between students, staff and associations in the field, as well as local institutions, in order to create conditions conducive to student success.

The association Agit'hé (an associative/cooperative structure for plastic creation and artistic sharing) led a creative workshop using their capsule: a truck converted into a workshop parked in the Fde parking lot.

The Slow Food Pays Catalan association (a non-profit movement promoting environmentally-friendly food) proposed 2 activities:

- A quiz on good, clean and fair food in the Eastern Pyrenees

- An animation detailing the preparation of a locavore meal, with nutritional analysis, carbon footprint calculation and origin of ingredients.
