Improving bicycle storage at the Montpellier site
In 2018, the Fde is installing an access control system in its bike park that works with the student card and the multi-service card, to ensure the safety of the bikes.
Today, in order to adapt to new forms of soft mobility, and given the increase in the number of 2-wheelers, Fde is continuing to improve and secure the park by replacing bike racks, installing scooter racks and creating a space dedicated to cargo bikes.
More than 100 secure parking spaces are now available for users of the Montpellier site of the Faculty of Education.
It is strongly recommended to use the bike park to prevent theft and ensure the security of common areas.
100% of bike thefts at Fde occurred outside the bike park.
