Although you are not new to FDE, as you are starting a new training cycle, you are obliged to have your needs reassessed so that you can benefit from the same, or new, accommodations for your studies and/or examinations.
Here's how it works:
- 1
Go to ENT : https://urls.fr/9dt3Yl
Click on the "Handy" thumbnail, and follow the online instructions to submit your request. - 2
Make an appointment with the doctor in the medical department(SCMPPS) to have your situation and needs assessed *.
Montpellier: 04 67 14 31 48
Nîmes: 04 66 02 81 96
* When you visit us, remember to bring any medical reports you may have.
Following this visit, and depending on the needs identified, a study and/or examination accommodation plan will be drawn up by the Handiversité department and sent to your faculty, which must approve it before it can be implemented.
If you have any questions about drawing up your Accommodation Plan (AP), please contact the Handiversité department at handicap@umontpellier.fr.

You're in the same training cycle and would like to renew the same accommodations you benefited from last year.
At this stage, the medical examination is no longer necessary, but you still need to apply online for your accommodation to be renewed.
Here's how it works:
1
Go to ENT : https://urls.fr/9dt3Yl
Click on the "Handy" thumbnail,
Make your accommodation request, specifying that you wish to renew it.
Once again, the Handiversity department will forward the study and/or examination accommodation plan to your faculty, which must validate it before it can be implemented.
If you have any questions about your Accommodation Plan (AP), please contact the Handiversité department.
For further information on the procedure, or if you have any questions, please contact your Inclusive Faculty advisor at laure.ros@umontpellier.fr.
