Early Childhood Day, FDE Perpignan site
On Wednesday, June 5, the FDE Perpignan site hosted its third annual "Wednesday for Early Childhood" event, organized by the Early Childhood Training Steering Committee, which includes the DSDEN66, the FDE Perpignan site, the Conseil Départemental 66, the PMI and IDEA (Conseil Départemental66), the CAF des P.O (Reaap), the Enfance network and the coordination actions parentalité de la Communauté de communes des ASPRES, the Direction de l'action éducative et de l'enfance de la Ville de PERPIGNAN, la Fédération des foyers ruraux, les Francas, le service Hand'Avant, La Ligue de l'enseignement, Jeunesse au Plein Air, HPS Formation, l'IRTS, le réseau Enfant-Ado 66.
Nearly a hundred participants (nursery school and Sessad teachers, ATSEMs, AESHs, animators, educators, nursery assistants, FDE trainers) came together to share their experiences in supporting young children (0-6 years). After the opening of the day by the DASEN des P.O., conferences and workshops on the autonomy of the young child were offered, and a Lieu d'accueil Enfant-Parents (LAEP) was transported from the Haut Vernet district to welcome families and children, while the Perpignan mediatheque offered reading sessions of children's albums.
